This notice is being issued pursuant to article 2 of the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency obligations of issuers of securities, and chapter 17 section 2 of the Securities Market Act, implementing in Luxembourg and Sweden, respectively, the Commission Directive 2007/14/CE of 8 March 2007 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of certain provisions of Directive 2004/109/EC on the harmonization of transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market in connection with the la of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency obligations concerning information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market and implementing Commission Directive 2004/109/CE (the Transparency Law).

Trees S.A. elects the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg as its home member state within the meaning of article 9 (b) of the Transparency Law.
